Filmen følgjer ein bakar gjennom heile prosessen frå mjøl til ferdig brød. Han nyttar ein 250 år gammal steinomn. Filmen viser det vakre og kreative i ein handverksprosess som er trua av effektivitet og masseproduksjon.

A film about bread and time.
The film follows a baker through the entire process from flour to finished bread, using a 250-year-old stone oven. The film shows the beauty and creativity of a craft process that is threatened by efficiency and mass production.
